Does anyone feed their cichlids Silversides?

Seems like a safe alternative to feeders but
I never hear anyone mentioning them. BTW, I have Jaguars

I used to feed them to my brackish fish back in the day, always found it to be a decent food that fish liked

yes all my big cichlids and arow and knife get silversides once a week,... the rest of their diet i give them cichlid pellets etc...

Yes they are safe compared to live feeders.

Done deal...pellets for staple and silversides and nightcrawlers for weekly snack. Thanks everyone.
