Does anyone feed their FH's Earthworms?

I used to do it with my jag and he seemed to love them as a treat and he also seemed happier and seemed to grow faster in the times i fed him them.

Fish like worms. Of course it would be hard as a staple, but a varied diet is best. Earth worms are certainly a part of a well balanced fish diet. Good luck.

They are awesome for all fish that will eat them. Especially if you are raising and feeding them yourself.

ya i do i actually made an electric worm poker for that reason. its alot easier and cheaper

Electric worm poker? What would that be? Is there a risk of internal parasites with using worms I find outside? No risk of fertilizers etc, I'm just wondering about parasite hitchhikers. - N

I have a ground rod attached to a pvc pipe I shove the rod in the ground and I have a plug on it female end conected to the rod . I screwed the pos wire to the rod. Plug it in and the worms get shocked and come up. You will get shocked if you touch the rod and ground @ same time.

Left over bait from when I go fishing like redworms & nightcrawlers all go to my fishes...nothing wasted. Some of those nightcrawlers are pretty long so I give it to them in pieces. They love em.

Hey mattk, do you think you could snap a few pictures? I kind of get what you're saying but I'm one of those "visual" types. Do they respond even when it's dry outside, or is it more of a damp night thing? On a good night how many would you say you collect in an hour or so? Do any other things respond to it?
