Does anyone have a Dwarf Snakehead?

people do but its not really a good idea to ask while you have your location as Wisconsin
 
It depends on the species, as there are many types of dwarves. But you have to do what I had to do. Move to Taiwan, where it is legal, and then you can purchase whatever species you can find.
