i have a question,

in the TFH for February 2009 what is the spiecies of fish shown in the Monsterfishkeepers.com advertisment on page 50?

the photo says its by Seiichi Hamada.

this is a beautiful fish and if any one could tell me the name of this fish i would greatly appreciate it.
