Does anyone here use PC to mobile calling?

I need to find out which is the best card to make international/long distance calls from PC to mobile phones...
i was searching on google and saw the skype calling card...unlimited calls for 15 something USD....but its only for calling landlines...

if anyone knows some other software/website then plz share..

Vonage? Yahoo Messenger (SMS) ? To what country? Computer to computer is the best and cheapest. Other than that a calling card. (Google calling cards)

i'll settle with yahoo,the calling rates to mobiles are a lot cheaper..
