Just got a seven inch Florida soft shell turtle put it in my 420 gallon tank with my gator gar, redtail Garami ,arow, true parrot, jumbo flag tail.Do you think the turtle will go after fish when it gets bigger?

If anyone does keep them with fish, they don't keep them for long. New world softshells are notoriously aggressive.

Completely agree with above statements. Also, softshells are prone to fungal infections of the shell caused by abrasions from their crazy behavior. If they scrape rocks or other decor, I large bio load can take hold on that "sore". Just a rambling thought. I'm not speculating on your tank at all.

I asked the fish store owner what kind of turtle I bought,he said it was an Asian soft shell are they less aggressive then the Florida soft shell turtle?

Again, I agree with ascarbo27. In over 20 years, I have never seen an asian softy in person..or..turtle. But they get massive.
