Seriously rephrase this as I cannot understand anything.

Im guessing you meant fish that eat other tankmates? If so, and you can provide a multi-hundred (700G+) tank, you may want to purchase a Red-Tail Catfish. These fish dont have a single mean bone in thier body, but will gulp down anything it see's fit.

On the other hand, a Red Devil or Dovii can be real glass bangers (aggressive fish that attack you from inside the glass) and will anhiliate most smaller and weaker fish.

Just for the record, there are MANY other fish that could own a Piranha.

ur best bet is prob a red or gold wolf. great for killing other fish and eating just about anything u put in the tank.

If he's looking for something that "looks" like a piranha, he could go with a Pacu. Or am I completely off base here.

There are aggressive fish that can bully, nip fins or rip flesh, like a puffer. Then there are fish that are predatory, that will eat any fish that can fit into their mouth, like an Oscar.
