It's in the genes of your FH whether it will have a big kok or not when fully grown. Diet, environment, tank mates, and water parameters do play a role but gene is the one that affects the most, let's say 90% if not more. Take some pics of your FH, some of us here can see if it has any potential for you.

wow really? i didnt know that water changes made it go down. i always thought it made it go up.
