does anyone know how to work this skimmer

its a seaclear kimmer i hve no idea how to work it i know i has 2 airstones onthe bottom

wow that thing looks ancient lol. Is there a seperate inlet for an airpump. If not a powerhead with the air hose attachment on with work, get some tubing and hook it up. Shouldnt be too bad.

Bottom hole is for water/air in, and the top is the outlet for water.

what is the white tube for i tried pluging the powerhead to the top hole but water always seems to come out of the white tube .
