does anyone know if illegal in HAWAII

i cant seem to find a store that has lung fish down here in hawaii nor can i find anything saying if they are illegal to have nor do any of the stores know...lameness...but if you know or find anything about someone selling or lungfish in general being illegal in Hawaii let me know.

I would guess that they are not imported to Hawaii due to transportation costs.

I dont remember the #. I called about a year ago.
You will also need a permit to bring in ANY fish into the state. I will try to find the #.
