Does anyone know what kind of fish this is?

There are some with yellow. Male Salvini cichlids in breeding dress come to mind.

Oh and though not technically "cichlids" per say, pumpkin seed sunfish are as yellow as any fish come!

Check out cichlosoma bocourti.........and there are new yellow strains of discus readily available
 
I've seen the yellow strain discus, most yellow cichlids, and a ton of sunfish but as far as yellow fish go nothing looks better then the bumblebee grouper or an xanthic gar
