Does anyone know what this is? Cichlid Parasite or Worm?

There is a Levamisole powder that I used to treat some fish that I had with these worms. You can find it at feed stores that sell it to treat farm animals. A very little goes a long way. I found the ratio for aquariums on some site on the internet. About three treatments are required. One paralyzes the worms and their mouth parts so that they loose hold of the intestinal walls of the fish. The second dose paralyzes any newly hatched ones in the water. The third dose gets rid of any remaining worms in the fish's system. It only paralyzes the worms so you have to gravel vac the tank the next day after each dose before the fish can eat them and start it all over again. I'm sure there has to be an easier method but this is the only one I know. Plus, this treats the entire tank. Not good for crustaceans though.
