When I get settle again with a new job,I plan on at least getting a better house, where I can have a home theater in the basement. As you are correct the bulbs seem pricey, but then I have heard they last just as long as regular tvs,so I would have to compare pricing of changing a bulb out or repairing a led or lcd tv.I rather pay the 130 price on a a bulb for a certain model, instead of spending lets say....400 dollars on a tv repair? Not sure what the cost is on flat screens like lcds are,but I remember my old rear projection tv would of cost 500 bucks a piece for a bulb.
