Does anyone own a sun-catfish?

I have one of these animals and my never comes out of his cave. He's always hiding there but when the lights go out he starts scavenging around for food. I'm not exactly sure what he eats but is there anything to lure him out of the cave. I've had him for a few months now.

they're social schooling fish, go buy a few more.

food should lure him out, but if you're looking for a more outgoing and personable fish, buy something else.

Yea i have two and they hide most of the day, but come out and swim around all night...

i have one who ate all the fish in the tank. so i moved him. he is 6" long

I've got 2 that go all over my 200G, and sometimes chill in the driftwood. I'd take yours from you, but shipping to Taiwan may be a little inefficient as I bought both of mine for $5!

sounds more like moon catfish.My rafael cat is like that. I wont see it for months then all the sudden hes cruising.
