Does anyone recognize this tank?

These are pictures of the front of the stand. It's currently all apart in my garage. I'm mainly looking for the original build thread if there is one so I can see how to piece everything back together.
A little bit more info:
* It's about 425g via inside dimensions.
* Tank dimensions are 96x36x32
* Plywood tank with lexan front
* Small (~25g) sump underneath
* PVC plumbing
* It supposedly used to have 6 silver arowana in it.
* Been in Phoenix for at least the last year
