AT = Datnoid Quadrafaciatus . Common Name: American Tiger or Silver Tiger.

They are considered the most brackish of the Dats, but many people keep them in FW... I do, and mine is always stable & eats like a pig.

There is loads of info on forum, regarding Brackish Water Parameters for the Silver tiger.

Most of my friends who have AT or Polota are in a tank with full fresh water

I keep mine in fully freshwater along with my other species of dats. To my experience, silver dats are the fastest to learn to accept pellets. They eat like pigs.
