Does BING really pays?

I just tried buying through BING/Microsoft and earned some mula. Do they really give u the money after 60 days or is it a scam?:confused:
 
yes they do, i have done it and gotten paid... i have done it thru ebay.

Sometimes you will get instant cash back that will pay you right then...

at one time it was like 35%, and i got paid, i think it was last Christmas
