Does my dovi look costa rican or Nicaraguan?

but seriously I've been told by a well-respected, former importer with extensive experience in centrals, that they would not be able to differentiate a dovii's country of origin from looking at the fish. the only differences were whether or not they collected from rivers vs lakes. IE more elongated than tall bodied.
