I I got it about 2 weeks ago and it's not in a crowded tank. Between the 3 small cichlids with it only 1 of them is aggressive.

It has a look of fin rot. I’d move it to a qt tank and keep water clean and feed it. Add some salt 1 tsp per g. Big thing is moving away from the other cichlids.
