How big is the puffer in your video? But regarding your question, imo it looks like it could possibly IP's... although it seems a bit large in comparison to your puffers body? so i'm not 100% sure...
 
What foods have you been feeding him? His poop will be similar color if you have been feeding him shrimp that explains the whitness, the poo itself does seem to have a pearl necklace shape to it so I would go ahead and treat for ip soak the food at least 15 mins overnight would be better. Jungle fizzy tabs you can find them at walmart just got bought out by tetra
 
It does not really look like IP to me, the poo is to large for that, but if you have a doubt..treat for them anyway. What were you feeding him/her for the last 24 hours?

Ok I feed him jumbo mysis shrimp by hickAri, bloodworms by hickari, and he did eat his first snail??wich was a lil big kinda as big as him lol,

Thats what I was thinking because after he ate te snail next 2days he pooped this out gave him blood worms and jumbo mysis shrimp and now he's poop is black again??
