Does my fantail have a disease or ready to drop eggs?

Hey guys my fantails belly is bloated, I don't know if that's because it's ready to drop eggs or that It has something up with it or if it's constipated, but it has no symptoms it's swimming round fine and another fish follows it round near it's belly(possible signs of breeding) sorry for a not so clear explanation, thanks in advance

As long as the scales are not protruding and it swims fine, then it does sound like breeding.

Is it passing waste normally?

If the other fish are following it closely it's probably a female getting close to breeding.
