I have a flowerhorn which got ich I turned up the heat to 88 f since 2 days ago and added salt 3 days ago less than 1 spoon per gallon. I have another 12 days to go of high heat. Buts its my first flower and I am falling in love with Him but I'm not sure if he is stressed just take a look at this and let me know

Does it act stressed? Is it still active? Does it show stress bars?

I'd imagine that with any disease fish will be stress, just concentrate on getting rid of ich and then get it to an optimal health once its gone.

It's still swimming and playing with me , he keeps digging pits which I know they are famous for but I'm worried he pics up some kind of bacteria.

Also I don't know if this is normal but I noticed the bottom two long fins twitching and the top fin doing it sometimes is that normal

ich is pretty easy to cure. if you can get a hold of methylene blue, it works better and helps with blood flow and breathing in the fish during sickness. it's awesome for fish spawning also.

I dont really want to use medication
Thanx for the advice though

the fin twitching is normal and digging will not cause harm to your fish. keep the tank clean and keep using salt like you're doing.
