does it have to now tho

Are you serious???????? ....

yes it has to, it's growing and has to get new skin because it won't fit into the old. They shed their skin every 3-4 weeks. Shedding should take a few hours and it will eat the skin it sheds.

Yes it has to, yes it has to now, it means he is healthy.

You gotta be kidding me.....:screwy: :headshake

I'm sorry, I know not everyone has an extensive knowledge of reptile physiology, but that's pretty common knowledge right there. That's like asking if they go to bathroom (which I've had people ask me before).

Large_Cichlids, please do the world a favor and don't get another pet without researching it thoroughly first....sheesh.

:chillpill: He was asing if it needed to NOW. Not if it sheds at all. :)

Well, its kinda hard for any of us to say since his pics aren't clear and many geckos can become lighter/darker due to health, mood, stress, etc.

And I still stand by my second statement. He has a habit of just buying anything that catches his eye if its under $40. Then he asks 20 questions after he already has the animal because he's too lazy to do the research himself.

Im sorry but I fully agree here. There is NO research done before aquiring the animal. I wouldnt mind answering all of his questions if he was a RESPONSIBLE owner, but he is not.
He treats these animals as if they are disposable and if there is any doubt in that statement then just search into his past.

LG, im sure there is hope for you yet.........but its gonna take a while before you fool me.:(
