does my pleco have a disease?

It looks typical color change to me. What made you compare it to a disease? Is it eating well?

the behaviour is fine
it eat the algea off the glass and stuff if thats what you mean

Doesn't look like you have a problem. Your pleco is fine. A similar thing happens with mine. It's only typical color change.

Just looks stressed. Make sure you give it a diet that spans outside of algae

They don't get enough to eat and suffer malnutrition if the only thing that you are giving him is the algae (that does not exist) on the glass.

Standard stress color change to me, ours always go in a mood and try to hide during water change no mater what we do to limit the stress factor, normally fine after 30 mins or so. Agreed with above a good algae wafer mix just before lights out

Algea wafers is what my friend gives his plecs in this type of situation.
