My wild tapajoe red Pikes like yours needed some encouragement. I put them in community tank feeding jumbo krill (little pricey but strong smell to entice) and after they were used to eating would except anything. I don't like feeding Live so in those rare cases when you must, I try dropping piece of cod or flounder or some type Saltwater fish piece in front of power head or whatever makes current giving illusion of self propelled movement to inspire predatory response. I only use Saltwater pieces on freshwater fish and vise versa because most parasites don't Transfer from salt to fresh or fresh to salt. Is female loiselle eating? They normally pigs like the pike. If both don't eat may need treat tank. I always prefer non iodized salt from Grocery store in tank water. Pet store also carry but WAY more expensive. And Epsom salt in their food and garlic if they except. Hopefully they good by then...if not meteodezinal is my final step. I try stay away from clout and meds that strip tank of all bacteria except in extreme cases like your favorite black nasty or beani got bloat. If you do feed live just to get their engine reving, pack the feeder fish gut with enternal parasite meds to cure your fish or it is just a meal prolonging life
Its a pair of loiselle and they eat fine, there are also a few cories. I think the pike is eating scraps or something cause he doesnt look unhealthy.
