Does the flash from cameras hurt fishes eyes?

hmmmmm......well.....it hurts our eyes right?I'm no fish but I would say no long term effect.just temporary like us.
OH COME ON THEY ARE JUST FISH, THEY DON'T HAVE FEELINGS!!!
Ok put the flame thrower away, the above comment was purely aimed at those who think it really does not matter what we do to our fish.
I would really think that it has some effect though not long term.

If a flash from a camera done long term damage to anything, then old movie stars would all ware glasses..........wait.........they do.........so ya it hurts them
