Does this Clown Loach have ich?

That doesn't look like ich, ich is/are small white dots that look a bit like pimples.
Hard to tell from the pic, could be lymph (which has no drug/commercial treatment, because its viral) and is self limiting, with lack of stress and good water quality.
Or could be columnaris (if columnaris "don't" raise the temp, it becomes most virulent above 82'F)
