Does this need to me treated with medication?

My TSN scraped his head pretty bad, It's been about 2 weeks I cant tell if it's getting better or worse it looks red now and has a bump....

Any ideas on how to help it heal faster would be greatly appreciated or will it just heal on it's own in time without meds?

Aquarium salt.
I'm sure there is heaps of other stuff you can do aswell, someone will surely help you.

Just add some aquarium salt and maintain good water quality.

Keep an eye open for any secondary infections, and you should be fine
