At my lfs the guppies are 6$ a piece!! does this sound right? Because i need the baby guppies to feed to my RBP's.( would use feeders but his feeders all have diseases)

Is the KY jelly included in that price?

Even fancy guppies are cheaper than this. I get feeder guppies and platys for 2$/dozen at my lfs. For piranhas you could also get a 15-20g tank and set it up with 100 or so comets. Treat them once and you're clear...piranhas like a big meal ;) That's what I do, and the comets are even cheaper than the feeder guppies.

Do not feed your Ps or really any fish comets, or any other fish related such as rosy reds. These fish contain a vitamin B blocker and will inhibit your fish's growth. As far as breeding your own feeders it will be more expensive to do then to buy healthier foods such shrimp and white fish. For cheap food and if you like to fish do what I do. Go to your nearest pond, lake, river, ect and grab a bucket of chicken livers a few friends and a case of beer and go catfishing! Fillet the fish in nuggets like you would if you were eating them but leave the skin on. Seperate feeding portions into zip lock bags and freeze them for a couple weeks. Then when its feeding time take out a baggy and run warm, not hot, wdater over the bag untill defrosted!

Get a couple pairs of breeding convicts and feed the fry when they grow to the rbp's.Problem solved.
