Dog breed id?

So I was outside grilling a bit ago and dealing with the newest edition to the family of a little over a month. We have this little dog that jumps and easily hits 4-5 feet when we wants just bouncing like a spring trying to get at my chicken. I'm really wondering exactly what breeds he has in him, he's about a year to a year and a half and weighs 21 lbs but stands about 3 inches shorter than my 70 lb lab/catahoula. He almost has a beagle face at times but looks like a lab pup that never grew up. Anyone have any insight?

Like I said just curious if anyone's has any input.

Lab beagle was my first thought, he does have webbed feet and the look of a lab but I don't think I've never seen a lab beagle mix before him. Sometimes I think some kind of freakishly large chihuahua/lab mix

I dunno..the slope of the forehead and face just scream beagle to me ..maybe some other type of small hound ish dog..

I was thinking lab x jack russell too. It does look like a mini lab.

not sure if that is a breed trate or not..allot of the Blue heelers in my family do it all the time..but they almost clear a 8 foot fence with their heads ..from standing on two legs.
