Dog food for an old dog

I have a dog who is considered a senior. A lot of protein was found in his urine and he has high blood pressure.
I need something with low sodium and i think high protein? I could be wrong about that, it might be low protein.
He's also a sheltie if that makes any difference

Most people like to over do it with the protein but unless you have a Doberman that you're walking several miles a day, all the excess protein you find in their piss.
I have my Pomeranian on a low protein diet. The brand is Natural Balance. It's pricey but my dog poops once a day and he poop doesn't smell awful. Highly recommend it. Grain free. Limited ingredient. Good stuff.
