Just wondering, would my dog be safe from a fully grown silver aro?

Are you planning on letting the dog swim in the tank? Yes to the aro, and maybe with the RTC, holding it underwater and drowning the dog...but with a 20lb dog even that would be unlikely.
LOL. Sorry, to clarify, if I had anything, it would be an indoor pond about two feet high, and I would have it covered and everything, but just in the off chance that she were to fall in..

Apart from a nip on the nose, the aro is harmless. Now a really big RTC could theoretically hold a small dog underwater and drown it, especially if he grabbed it by the face.
Eek...Alright. Yeah, I didn't think the aro could even at 3ft long...Better to be safe than sorry though.

I'd think the dog would be ok with the Aro, not so much with the RTC, those things just get massive.
X2! RTC have really big mouth, a 3ft RC may have a mouth bigger than 6'' maybe enough to put the whole dog's head in it. And RTC are very strong and fat, a 3' maybe heavier than a 20 lb dog !SimonL;4935059; said:
