Wow, that's amazing. He seems to be doing fine. Who the heck would shoot a dog like that and with a hunting arrow?

I've heard of hunters mistaking especially large dogs for deer/game. So my guess would be someone who knew very little about hunting/made a mistake(inprobable) or someone intentionally didn't like the dog..
