dogs and tar, not a good mix.

The vid want play yet but that image just looks horrible.
 
No video for me either. Does look horrible, did the dog live?
 
The imbed plays now but it just takes a while when they are newly posted,must be a phone thing...Anyhow,it was a happy ending for the dog as some caring folks spent the time and effort to remove the tar..my first fear was that someone had tarred the dog.
