With fish, it's always all about looks. Khulis look better.

I have to go with the Kuhlis cuz they can be in a smaller tank or a larger tank and have that awesome pattern. Less likely to uproot plants as well. I love my little squiggles.

However, if I had the option for a second larger tank I would probly go cool water with dojos and java fern/anubias so they wouldn't dig them up.

i am all for the dojo. i have one now for about a 1yr and he close to 10+ inches. Very active a day or two before it rains.
