Yes, it's not fun at all to get bit by a lungfish.
In my case, my little (12") African lungfish (not 100% sure on species) likes to be pet on the head. Well, it recently decided that it wanted to eat my finger after being pet... It hurt a bit, but luckily it didn't manage to puncture my skin. I can only imagine the outcome if it was any bigger.
