Dominant Umbee gorging himself

Got 4 small umbees in a tank and size is from 3 to 4 inches, the largest dominant one gorges himself on food, eating more than the 3 other fishes. Is this a common behavior for dominant fish in a tank ?

Yes. We have a group of 14 and one is and has been the largest of the group the whole time.

I actually put a lot more food, but the other fishes does not eat as much as the dominant one does.
