i am new to this site and i really like it, i need some help tho.....i have sailfin pleco in my 20G, i got a bigger tank for him and JD soon but for right now, i am trying to feed my sailfin pleco, but my JD eats everything before he doe! i tried cucumbers, zuchinis, pellets, disc wafers, my JD is 4inches, my sailfin pleco is 7 inches any suggestions or help?

Try turning the lights off first, and scatter the food so it has a chance to reach the bottom

Feed the plecostmus at night that is what I had to do when my greedy Oscars would get all the food before the Plecostmus ever got a chance to taste it.

i used to have one myself, its alrite. its was just stressed up thats all.. will still survive, yap, feed ur pleco at nite.. but actually they will just scavane around the tank. or try feeding pellets, most oscars dont eat them, and when they sink, ur pleco will take it..
