ok right now i have a GT(5in), FRONTOSA(5in), JAG(4.5in), SALVINI(2in) in my 55g. in a 10g grow out tank i have 3 small JAGS. my problem is i want to get rid of the fish in the 55 except for the frontosa, and turn the 55 into a jaguar tank. i would put the frontosa in my 20g for the time being. ive had the GT for a little over a year and its only 5 inches and im really getting bored with it. ive been dreaming about having a huge pair of jags. with the three growing right now, one has already taken over the tank and favors one of the other jags. so in a nut shell, i want to dedicate my 55 to jags, but ill kind of miss the other fish. WHAT SHOULD I DO? im leaning more towards the jags.

A 55 is not even close to being big enough for one adult jag. If you really want a pair of jags, I suggest looking into at least a 125, although bigger is much better.

right now the jags i have in the 10g are only about an inch. they would be going in the 55. im just getting tired of having to constantly keep everything at a happy medium, between the fish. i want to get things perfect for one kind of fish and leave it at that. my addiction for fish always gets the better of me.

They won't stay an inch long forever... once they reach around 6-8" your going to need a BIG upgrade.

The type of fish you want to raise will require a much larger tank. The 55g will work as a grow out tank but not for very long. Get a bigger tank first then things can be perfect for that one kind of fish.
