I resently got a 70 gallon tank it is 60 inches long 13 inches deep and 23 inches tall. I will be putting my mbuna cichlids and I would like to add a pleco to the mix eventually. I want something other than the normal petsmart pleco (sorry I dont know very much about specific names) but I dont want to spend a bajillion dollars on one fish. Are there any "cool" or different plecos that dont cost a bunch of money? And if so does anyone know a good place/website to buy it/them from?

Mbuna and other rift lake cichlids prefer hard alkaline water, while many fancy plecos needs soft acidic water. That being said, some people keep common and clown plecos with their rift lake cichlids.
