My central american cichlids have this white stuff on there skin not all of them just 2 and its not ich and they are less active sits on bottem of tank alot. I checked my water 0.25 amonia 0 nitrite barely any nitrate but when I do a water change they seem to get better! no idea whats wrong?

well it's not dots its or velvet its like its skin it also has foggy eyes' i just cleaned my tank and saw alot of xtra food they didnt eat could this be the cause?
