It's a good think I didn't buy that orchid dottyback I was looking at today, I really didn't want have to run back into town to get a new lid. At least the tank Is still cycling.

I gave up on glass lids after about 35 years of breaking them. I hate picking glass out of the gravel!

All my clear lids are now Lexan, which is light and strong and easy to cut.

I'll have to look into that, I'm not set on glass, just something other than egg crate to cover which will slow evap.
