When you have a tank that is cycled and ready for fish!?

My 75 finally finished it's cycle a week and a half ago, and so far I've just got 6 swartzi corydoras in there. The dudes are doing great and the cycle is holding fast, now I just have to add fish! I love it! So much room for fish!

I've been watching out for deals on roseline barbs and rummies, and eyeing the local aquarium board for people breeding angels. I just wish I had a car so I didn't have to rely on my roommates boyfriend to drive/take the bus to get and bring home fish!

Anyone else got a fish ready tank and has stocking plans? Isn't this just one of the best parts of the hobby!?

Now I've got one tank cycled I probably won't have to fishless cycle again either. ;)

I've never tried seachem stability. I always though that the shelf life of instant bacteria products would be so short, it would be a gamble using it. Have you had good luck with it?

I've been lucky enough to have never had to do a fishless cycle!

Although, recently my 40B was ready and empty ready for stock.. and now is reaching overstockage..

Currently
4 - Steindackneri Geos
4 - Emerald Corys
4 - Agassizi Corys
1 - Rope fish
and more seem to be coming..

Only did fishless cycling once. And I still remember the feeling. It was like...

"FINALLY! I CAN GET FISHES"

Exactly how I felt. Then quickly decided after a few tanks that I would never do it again if I could help it! :D

I may look for some once I know I can start up other tanks. If I get too carried away right off the bat, I won't have room to walk around in my room it will be so full of aquariums.

Off topic a bit (but not really), do they make any shelve sturdy enough to hold 10-30G tanks?

Well... 10 gallon tank (just the water weight) is bit over 80 pounds. Without substrate.

30 gallon tank is over 240 pounds. Without substrate and decor.

Big difference.

So look at the weight ratings of the shelving you install, and go bigger than you need.
