so i had to put my 7" dorado in my 150 gal 10"kelberi and a 8" orino tank while i was setting up a new 180. the dorado beat the orino up a bit and left some bite marks and took a bit of slime coat off the fish(nothing serious). After waiting 5 days of acclimating the water in the 180 with healthy media and all good water conditions i added the orino and kelberi. and everything went fine and i even bought a 9"azul to go in the 180.
so today i noticed the orino acting funny and bumping into the glass and swimming weird. i checked water conditions and everythign was normal. fish died 4 hrs later......
all other fish are good but i lost a pretty rio meta orino.
this is a heads up to people wanting to mix dorado with even larger cichla.
