The heavy hetal shelving sold at the home improvement places will work as long as you use 3/4" plywood shelves and tack weld the shelf supports in place. (Note: I'm talking about the heavy duty units here not the cheap stamped metal ones.)
Short of that...a wooden rack built out of 4x4 legs and 2x6 supports would work well.

how would i build a middle support and still get the lower 125 in there? or could i built it around the tank?
drill holes in the two metal shelf supports and cut a 2x4 or even two and screw them undernieth the plywood shelf and into the side pieces. You can do it without any center supports as long as you reinforce the plywood and tack weld the supports in place.

If you use a 2x6 frame to hold the top tank, you don't need to have a front support. At least that's what I'm told.
