So are these yours? Do you know what locale they are - CR, Nic, Honduran?? I don't know what mine are so I been asking around as I will have to just compare color/pattern/appearance on the adults in a few years w/ other peoples' Dovii out there

Looks like the male has a tall profile, I've been told that CR types usually look that way,vs Nic types are more streamlined with longer trailers etc. Without any lineage info its hard to say. I love the way this male looks though.

and which ones get the prominent blues? I think I have yet still to see a Honduran.....you?

yea, and Jags are just Honduras and Costa Rica

The other 3 species are farther north up into Belize, and Guatemala, while Friedrichsthalii ranges into Mexico

Mine is a Nicarguan Dovii
