First off, you should post in the disease section, and if not there, preferably the Central American, South American section, because that's where dovii come from, and that section gets more traffic. By posting in the Madagascar area, it limits viewing because is generally a lower traffic cichlid area.
Beyond that, the affliction does not look like ich, which is a protozoan.
Although hard to tell, because only the 3rd pic is clear, and all 3 show the same viewpoint, a side view would help.
It looks bacterial or maybe viral to me.
If bacterial "do not" raise the temp, bacteria grow exponentially at higher temps.
And if you could provide water conditions such as pH, or nitrate concentration, it could help, certain medications only work in certain pH ranges.
If its viral, the only treatment is water changes, because viruses don't usually react to the treatments available, think about the human cold virus.
My first course of action would be doing daily 50% water changes and adding a handful of water softener salt with each change, for a couple days to see if there is improvement.
