Dovii fry what should I feed them

they have been free swimming since saturday. I have tried feeding them tropical flakes and some other type of flake stuff the owner of a really respected pet store recommended. Basically anyone here have experience raising dovii fry successfully? What was your method? thanks a bunch.

For various kinds of cichlid fry I have raised, I just have used live or frozen baby brine shrimp, crushed flakes and hikari first bites (a powder and a mess kinda). Best results were crushed flake and baby brine shrimp at least for me.

I have two tanks of Dovii fry I've been feeding very fine crushed flake and they are doing fine. Mike

I use frozen Rotifers for the first two weeks of my fry. Rotifers are 1/4-1/2 the size of BBS and Ideal for the first few days. At two weeks I discontinue rotifers and introduce them to BBS and Hikari baby pellets (they float and can be picked at all day).

flakes are still not working, so I guess tomorrow I will go get some brine shrimp.

Be sure to crush flakes to small bits. BBS works well as the others said.
