Dovii fry?

I found these little guys at my lfs labeled as dovii. I've never seen dovii at 2-3 cm before. I thought I would take a gamble on them as they were cheap. Any ideas? Pictures were taken on my phone so not the best quality...

I did think twice about buying them but since they were cheap I thought I would give them a go. The guy in the lfs was adamant that they were dovii as he ordered them in specifically as dovii from his "reputable" supplier in the cezch republic.......

They do seem to have little specs of blue around their mouths and on the dorsal fin, do jags have this when young?

Lol...I'm from ontario and my lfs has a tank of small managuense labelled as dovii also from a Czech wholesaler.
