do all wolf cichlids,end up as glass bangers.Mine seems to be nice at 12 inches.

Every single male Dovii I have owned turned into a glass banger but it may have helped that I would always sit in front of the tank draging my finger back and forth on the glass.

My five and half inch male ripped an 8 inch oscar to shreds. I figured since the oscar was so much bigger (not only longer but larger bodied as well) the dovii might leave it alone. Big mistake

When they hit 16", then the fire really starts. Guy on youtube has one and just puts his finger to the tank and its goes pyhsco.
many dovii get to be "glass bangers", but not all, that's all dependent with the fish, and how comfortable it is in the aquaria your provideing it. most dovii that do end up psychotic ussaly start going beserk around the 9 inch mark. your has some great blue on it, and should truely be a monster when it gets larger. have a 6x2 minimum set up by when it reaches 15-16".
